What is your turnaround time?

Please Note: From July 2023, turnaround time may extend to 2-3 business days. Whilst we still try to maintain a one day turnaround time, as we are in the process of closing down, this may not always be possible.

We aim to maintain a one day turnaround time*, meaning orders are made and shipped the next business day after they are placed.

*Excludes resin boards, public holidays and planned business closures.

Important Note: Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) are processed on a Monday, and will be shipped either same day (Monday) or next business day (Tuesday).

Examples; 

• If placing your order anytime on day Tuesday, it will be made and shipped on Wednesday
• If placing your order anytime on Friday, it will be made and shipped Monday,
• If placing your order on a Saturday, it will be made and shipped on Monday or Tuesday

Express shipping, if selected, refers to the delivery time only and does not mean a faster production time. Delivery times do not include the day of production or the pickup date. For example, if your order is processed, made and shipped on a Monday, 1-2 business days delivery means either Tuesday or Wednesday delivery.

Should you have an urgent timeframe, please do not hesitate to contact us and we are always happy to speed up your order where possible.

It is important to note that we do not guarantee delivery times. A 1-2 business day delivery for Express shipping is an estimate based of the usual time frame for delivery. However delays can occur outside of our control, and we do not accept responsibility for late/delayed orders due to the courier.
