How long will delivery take?
Please Note: From July 2023, turnaround time may extend to 2-3 business days. Whilst we still try to maintain a one day turnaround time, as we are in the process of closing down, this may not always be possible.
We aim to maintain a one day turnaround time*, meaning orders are made and shipped the next business day after they are placed.
*Excludes resin boards, public holidays and planned business closures.
Important Note: Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) are processed on a Monday, and will be shipped either same day (Monday) or next business day (Tuesday).
Delivery time is then dependent on your location and the shipping method selected (Standard shipping or Express shipping).

To provide the best level of service for our customers and to avoid any delivery delays, parcels are marked as Safe Drop or Authority to Leave unless Star Track PO Box / Signature is the shipping method selected. The delivery driver, at their discretion, will leave your parcel in a safe place, and if there is no way to do so, will take your parcel to the closest post office for collection. Instances in which it will go to the post office include unit numbers with no external access, fences with security code entrances, etc.
