What is ATL and Signature Required?

When selecting Express shipping, you will have the option to choose either ATL (Authority to Leave) or Signature Required (excludes remote location post codes which is an Authority to Leave service only).

Authority to Leave means you are providing the courier with your authority to leave the parcel on site if no one will be home to receive it. Should you wish to proceed with this option, please state in the Order Notes section during checkout where you would like the parcel to be left.

Signature Required means that if no one will be home to receive the parcel, it will either be delivered to your local post office for collection (a card will be left to notify you as such), or alternatively the courier will attempt redelivery again another day. Further information will be available using your tracking number once delivery has been attempted.
