My order didn't arrive before Christmas.

We are very sorry to hear that your order did not arrive in time for Christmas!


Unfortunately at this busy and unpredictable time of year, there can be unforeseen delays on the delivery of your parcel. Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, this is ultimately outside of our control, and as we have continued to maintain our specified turnaround times during this busy period, we do not accept responsibility for late or delayed delivery of your order.
