Christmas Deliveries Guide
Orders for delivery prior to Christmas are now CLOSED and our last dispatch day is Tuesday 21st December.
For orders placed Tuesday 20th December onwards, please see our Holiday Closure information.
TURNAROUND TIMES
We usually have a one day turnaround time, meaning orders are made and shipped either same business day, or next business day.
From 1st November to 20th December 2022, there may be a two day turnaround time on your order.
Should you require your order within a 4-5 day period during November & December, we highly recommend selecting Express Shipping during checkout. Unforeseen delays can occur during the Christmas season, and we do not accept responsibility for late or delayed delivery times once your parcel has been handed over to the courier
Important Note: Same business day applies for orders placed during normal working hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm). For orders placed after 4pm or on weekends, the following/first business day is when the order will be processed, and that day is considered to be ‘same business day’.
CUT-OFF DATES
Please refer to the below information for Standard Shipping & Express Shipping Cut-Off dates* by state;
Standard Shipping
- NSW, VIC, ACT, SA, TAS & QLD - Monday 12th December
- WA & NT - Wednesday 7th December
Express Shipping
- NSW, VIC, ACT, SA & QLD - Monday 19th December
- TAS, WA & NT - Friday 16th December
*Excludes Remote Locations such as far North QLD and middle of WA (i.e. cattle stations, etc). If you are considered to be in a remote location, please contact us prior to ordering to ensure it will arrive in time.
- Orders placed prior to 12pm Tuesday 21st December, will still be made and dispatched, however it cannot be guaranteed that these will arrive prior to Christmas.
- Orders placed after 12pm Tuesday 21st December, will not be made and dispatched until our return on Monday 9th January.
HOLIDAY CLOSURE
Personalised Chopping Boards (personalisedchoppingboards.com.au) will be closed from Wednesday 21st December 2022, and will reopen Monday 9th January 2023.
We will still have two dispatch days during this holiday break - Thursday 29th December & Thursday 5th January.
Dispatch days for orders placed between Wednesday 21st December 2022 and Monday 9th January 2023 are as follows;
- Orders placed between Wednesday 21st December and Wednesday 28th December; Dispatch Thursday 29th December
- Orders placed between Thursday 29th December and Wednesday 4th January; Dispatch Thursday 5th January
- Orders placed between Thursday 5th January and Sunday 8th January; Dispatch Monday 9th January
