How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible, including your order number and name on the order.

Please note if your order is already in production or has already been made, it is not possible to process a cancellation.

Payments made via credit card or PayPal will be refunded in full, however payments received via AfterPay will incur a 6% cancellation fee. This is due to the fee taken by AfterPay for the processing of your order which is non refundable.
