Can I return my item?
Unfortunately, we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges on any of our personalised items. All other items of a non-personalised nature (for example, cheese knife sets), can be returned for any reason at customer cost within 14 days of the day they were received, provided they are in their original condition and/or packaging.
To make a return for a non-personalised item, please send an email using the 'Submit Ticket' button in the top right corner of the page (in the dropdown menu for mobiles).
