Live Chat

You will find our Live Chat bubble located on the bottom right corner of your screen. If an agent is currently available to chat, you will be able to start a New Conversation.


There will also be the option to Leave a Message if we are unavailable, or it's outside our usual business hours (8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday).


Within the Live Chat bubble, you'll also be able to search through a variety of articles in our Help Centre that may be able to answer your query quickly, especially in regards to Turnaround Times, Delivery Times, etc.
