I forgot to use my coupon code - Can I get a refund or credit?

Any current sale or promotional coupon codes must be applied at the time of purchase, and can't be applied after the purchase has been completed or after payment has been received. If you forgot to use your coupon code, this may be applied to your next order if the code is still within the validity period. If the coupon code has now expired, please keep an eye out for future sale or promotional codes.

Due to various applicable merchant fees, refunds for the value of the coupon regretfully cannot be processed on completed purchases.
